How often should I practice face yoga to see results?

Ideally you practice twice a day, morning and evening, for at least 10mins. You can notice quite an improvement over a short period of time if you commit to practicing this often and correctly.

For best results, practice face yoga daily for about 15-20 minutes. Improvements may be visible in 4-6 weeks.

SKIN TYPES - Face yoga is safe for most skin types. It enhances blood flow, so it is normal to feel heat in the face after your practice. Drink plenty of water to aid the cleansing process.

Yes, face yoga is beneficial for people of all ages and suitable for all skin types. It's a gentle and non-invasive method of maintaining skin health and vitality. However, if you have specific skin concerns or conditions, it's best to consult with Irene or a dermatologist before starting.

Do I need any special equipment to practice face yoga

GUA-SHA STONES are very useful tools for those who suffer with pain or arthritis in your hands.They can be purchased in your local health shop or possibly your pharmacy, or online. You're welcome to use my local health shop Organico.ie

For Face yoga with Irene's classes, we will use two Gua sha stones.

FACE OILS

It is best to use a natural face oil for ease of movement while using your hands and to prevent over stretching on the skin. Face oil also aids a deep cleanse and nourishes the skin.
